Job Title: Deli Host

Job Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups following designated preparation guides.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure food safety using various methods and technologies.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
