    • Employee with 3 to 5 years: $0.30 off per gallon
    • Employee with over 5 years: $0.40 off per gallon
    • Maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill-ups per week
Summary

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will maintain a safe and clean workplace while delivering quality food and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food
  • Maintain food displays and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
  • Handle food wrapping, labeling, dating, storing, and rotating
  • Set up, sanitize, and maintain prep stations
  • Complete shift paperwork accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively and work well in a team
  • Follow uniform and hygiene standards
  • Support opening and closing duties
  • Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
  • Follow safety and security protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Cross-training Responsibilities
  • Manage cash register and ensure balanced cash flow
  • Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed
  • Prepare shift reports
  • Upsell store products to increase sales
  • Escalate issues to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local/state food certification preferred
  • Knife skills and restaurant experience are a plus
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend frequently
  • Strong teamwork and punctuality
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Successfully complete a 90-day probationary period
