Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Heber City, UT is seeking a part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who shares our passion for quality food and hospitality. You will work with a dynamic team offering from-scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest ingredients.

Shifts start as early as 7am and end as late as 10pm, Monday–Saturday. Must be 16+ years old; previous guest service is helpful but not required; and flexible scheduling helps us meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience preferred, not required
• Compliance with local, state, & federal food handler & sanitation regulations
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary by week and season; 7am–10pm, Mon–Sat
• Must be 16+ years old to qualify for this position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• A "can do" attitude- the ability to actively listen to guests & the confidence to suggest meal & gift items to first time guests & returning regulars
• The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, & look for opportunities to step in & help other departments even before being asked

A successful Front of House Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Front of house team member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year. Shifts can start as early as 7am and end as late as 10pm, Monday - Saturday
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
