Job summary

Chick-fil-A Camarillo Outlets is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen and deliver iconic Chick-fil-A service. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to meet Chick-fil-A standards in a friendly, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally 50 pounds.
• Flexible scheduling including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to leadership and complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
