Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House. You’ll work with a team that crafts from-scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches using honest, whole ingredients, while upholding high food safety standards and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include efficient meal preparation and flexible teamwork to support other departments as needed, with shifts that require standing and frequent movement in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks during busy service times.
• Adherence to local, state, and federal food handling and sanitation standards.

Back of House Kitchen Team Member qualifications

A successful Back of House Kitchen Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards -- Back of House Kitchen Team Member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
