Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy pub kitchen, ensuring dishes meet high standards and service runs smoothly. You will support your team, model calm leadership, and help the kitchen operate like clockwork during peak times.

You’ll prepare, cook and present food to spec, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and coordinate the team to deliver consistently excellent meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
