Qualifications

• 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Stand for long periods of time
• Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Optimize workflow within the Back of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.
• Own the operational standards of the Back of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.
• Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.
• Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.
