Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House area by setting daily goals and clear expectations, coaching the team to drive accountability.
• Optimize Front of House workflow and resolve bottlenecks for smooth operations.
• Own Front of House standards including cleanliness, stocking, food safety, and checklists.
• Coach for quality and consistency in food preparation, portioning, and service.
• Develop team members through real-time feedback and recognition.
