This position reports to the Branch Manager and involves inspecting, installing, selling, and servicing kitchen fire suppression systems professionally and efficiently. The technician will meet weekly service and productivity goals, maintain a clean vehicle, and uphold safety standards.

Up to a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage time effectively to maximize service, inspection, and installation calls while ensuring quality
  • Achieve weekly productivity goals set by the Suppression Manager
  • Learn relevant fire protection codes and obtain necessary licensing and certifications
  • Maintain company equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of inspection experience; background in kitchen fire suppression systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of pipe fitting, electrical work, and commercial kitchen appliances
  • Ability to perform physical activities as per physical requirements
  • Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with adherence to safety guidelines
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
  • Ability to service multiple product lines
  • Residence near one of our locations
