Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is hiring for a role supporting banquet operations and catering services on-site. The position involves receiving, stocking, and organizing equipment and food/beverage items, and assisting with event setup and breakdown across property and nearby locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year stocking/inventory experience and a WA Driver's License, plus health card/food handler permit. Benefits include medical coverage, meals, parking, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Valid WA Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1 year stocking, inventory control and receiving experience preferred.
• Forklifts and pallet jacks experience preferred.
• Valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Assist with month-end inventories.
• Receive, inventory, and organize equipment.
• Ensure readiness and availability of all catering equipment for banquet functions.
• Receive, stock, and rotate food and beverage items.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and special events on and off the property.
• Ensure cleanliness of shelves and storage spaces for food and beverage products.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Transport, delivery and retrieve food and beverage products and equipment by hand, via transport carts or mid-size catering trucks throughout MCR premises and to/from local off property location
• Promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
