Job summary

Nutrition Management Services is hiring a Kitchen Utility Worker in West Caldwell, NJ. Join our dining services team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) to ensure clean, sanitary kitchens and smooth operations.

You will wash dishes, stock supplies, assist with basic food prep, and support the culinary team while following food safety standards. Weekend and holiday shifts are included, with compensation of $16.00–$18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and work areas.
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and putting away supplies.
• Support basic food preparation and kitchen setup as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the culinary team wherever needed.
