Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a Kitchen Utility to support the culinary team by maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, stocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries. The role focuses on teamwork and consistent safety practices in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, stocking stations, and maintaining positive interactions with coworkers and customers while communicating with management through calls and messages.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work well with coworkers.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Familiar with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors
• Assist in unloading and putting away deliveries
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
