The Great Greek Mediterranean Restaurant in New Hampshire is seeking a Dishwasher and Kitchen Support Associate to join our culinary team. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting cooks with supplies and prep tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Keep the cooks' line stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor and refill chemicals, test stations, and sanitizer buckets every 4 hours.
• Communicate effectively with the manager in charge regarding kitchen needs and issues.
• Assist with food prep tasks when dishwashing duties are completed.
• Mop floors throughout the day to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Perform deep cleaning projects as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Help with putting away food and produce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality.
• Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements without taking it personally.
