Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certificates when required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for staff who work with alcohol.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepares items for line following approved recipes and portion controls.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; monitors food waste.
• Cleans prep areas and equipment after use; supports guests with service.
