Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishes, utensils, and glasses from the dishwasher.
• Clean pots and pans and sinks at shift end.
• Place clean items in proper locations.
• Clean kitchen surfaces including countertops, walls, mats, floors, and ceilings.
• Remove garbage and grease to appropriate areas.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen at shift end.
• Stock supplies and notify when inventory is low.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Assist cooks with kitchen tasks as needed.
