JOB SUMMARY:
The Kitchen Supervisor will assist the Culinary Director in all operations within the Dietary department, including staff scheduling, disciplinary actions, cost controls, sanitation standards, and record keeping.
Schedule: This position primarily involves evening and weekend hours. It is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring the candidate to work alongside their team.
