Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related or supportive kitchen experience.
• Expertise in food product, presentation, quality and preparation.
• Strong time management and organization for high quality production.
• Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to take initiative.
• Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent food quality, consistency, and service.
• Lead culinary functions to meet quality and safety goals.
• Oversee kitchen operations and supervise prep and cooking tasks.
• Train kitchen staff on prep work and plating techniques.
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist with scheduling kitchen staff.
• Promote and enforce health and safety rules.
• Price menu items and assist with inventory and cost reporting.
