This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and training records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of food/manufacturing related experience or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish abilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop depth and experience of team by identifying development opportunities.
• Optimize staffing to reduce labor costs and improve efficiency.
• Review payroll and schedule staffing to meet production needs.
• Coach leads and employees to address quality issues and improve performance.
• Lead problem-solving meetings to implement production improvements.
• Document procedures and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and other departments to resolve issues.
