White Lodging invites applications for a Kitchen Supervisor in Austin, overseeing back-of-house operations at Yacht Club, the signature fine dining seafood concept inside Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection. You’ll lead a diverse culinary team, uphold White Lodging Way standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality cooking and service to guests.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of leadership culinary experience, strong mentorship, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership culinary experience.
• Active unexpired Food Handler's Certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor WLW processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
• Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
• Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
