Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies
- Monitor food production for quality, portion control, and adherence to recipes and menus.
- Supervise and support the packing team to ensure order are accurately and promptly prepared
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs through efficient production planning
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate for timely replenishment
- Implement effective workflows to optimize packing processes and reduce errors
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
- Collaborate with other departments and streamline workflow
- Recruit, train, and develop store team members, fostering a motivated and high-performing team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in Supervisory role in a F&B industry
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and large-scale food production processes.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in managing workflows, particularly within store and packing operations
- Effective in handling operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or shifts as required.
