Full House Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in food preparation, production, and station assignments.
You will train and develop staff in cooking techniques, sanitation, safety, and company standards, while monitoring inventory, storage, and waste to meet safety and quality standards. You will report production needs to kitchen leadership and uphold our S.T.A.R.
Supervise and support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, station assignments, and workflow to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, food handling, sanitation, safety procedures, and company standards.
Monitor food quality, inventory, storage, rotation, and waste control to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards.
Communicate daily production needs, operational concerns, and performance issues to kitchen leadership while assisting in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction. Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Ensure recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines are consistently followed.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge and or Abilities Required: Working knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation and proper food storage procedures. Ability to train, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members. Must have good organizational skills, even temperament, and ability to work well with others.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Serv-Safe certified.
Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
