Job summary

Unidine Healthcare is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations, lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive profitability for the account. You will ensure high-quality meals for students and collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on new programs while acting as a liaison among the company, client, and community.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and strong communication to maintain client satisfaction and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred.
• Dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
