Now Hiring: Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee cooking operations and enforce recipe adherence.
  • Schedule equipment maintenance and manage inventory levels.
  • Support team recognition programs and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in restaurant operations, including food prep, purchasing, and sanitation.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.

Hours:

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
