Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Lead Cook to lead a team of cooks in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, delivering creative, high-quality dishes. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to menu development, ensure consistent quality, and manage ingredients and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a lead cook in a busy setting, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of food safety and presentation. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a lead cook or similar in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Cook to join our team! As a Lead Cook, you'll play an integral role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
