Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is looking for a Dishwasher to join our dining services across West Bend and surrounding communities. You will wash and unload dishes, stock soap, towels and paper products, and help keep kitchen areas clean and compliant with health and safety codes.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, supporting a positive team environment with care staff, and promoting good relations with residents, families and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
