CommonSail Investment Group in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen and resident services. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly demeanor, teamwork with the culinary staff, and good communication. Previous restaurant experience is not required, but helpful; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
