Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO is seeking a full-time kitchen support team member to ensure clean, organized, and sanitary workspaces and to support service and events.

You will assist with dishwashing, food prep areas, waste management, and setup/breakdown for events while upholding sanitation standards and teamwork. Training is provided for those without experience, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll train the right candidate.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
