Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a busy senior living environment.

No elaborate culinary training is required; prior dishwashing in a restaurant is a plus. You should be friendly, with good teamwork and communication, helping to keep the kitchen stocked and running smoothly for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, positive attitude and teamwork skills required.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
