Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to uphold hygiene standards in our kitchen. You will wash dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment, operate cleaning equipment, and stock supplies. Maintain clean work areas, assist with basic food prep during peak times, and follow MSDS/OSHA safety guidelines.

A high school diploma is preferred and physical stamina is essential. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with shifts that may include holidays and weekends, contributing to guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule may include holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trashcans.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Perform food preparation functions during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
