Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, equipment and utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Comply with safety policies and food safety/sanitation requirements.
