• Collects trash and empties garbage cans; breaks down boxes.
• Washes and polishes stainless steel in the kitchen.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Maintains inventories of soap, chemicals and towels.
• Assists in food preparation and storage after delivery.
• Ensures proper storage of dishes and wares.
