Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior food service experience is preferred/required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary dish room and kitchen.
• Operate the dish machine and monitor sanitizer levels.
• Report equipment or kitchen issues to supervision.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, organization, and sanitation as needed.
