Responsibilities

• Maintains china/dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand or uses dishwasher.
• Let dry completely before storing or reusing.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and cleaners as assigned.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
