Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support dishwashing and maintain kitchen cleanliness. The role emphasizes courteous, efficient service to customers and coworkers, adherence to health and safety regulations, and participation in store programs. Training and flexible scheduling may be required.

The position supports opening, mid, and closing shifts, requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Keep kitchen floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves clean.
• Assist with deliveries, storage, organization and rotation of products.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide courteous customer service and answer phones promptly.
• Ensure proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and customer areas; ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; check signs and pricing; report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
