Job summary

Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, OR is seeking a dishwasher to maintain clean dishes and food service equipment across outlets. This role supports the Food and Beverage department under the Guest Services division with non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 months related work experience.
• Low-security gaming license issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission.
• State of Oregon Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• May be required to provide documentation of health vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays.
• Washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards.
• Sweeps and mops floors; handles trash and garbage.
• Cleans and sorts recyclable materials.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet setup, vegetable preparation, and other kitchen duties.
• Requisitions cleaning supplies and materials.
