Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains clean, sanitary working/shopping environment; ensures equipment upkeep.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports hazards and ensures proper pricing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
