Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members for our kitchen support role. The position emphasizes dishwashing, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting store programs while delivering courteous service to customers and Team Members.

Qualifications

• No formal retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates a friendly and courteous demeanor toward customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrive to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
