Job summary

City Winery Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will support food and beverage service and ensure proper storage of cleaned items.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning supplies.
• Sort and stack cleaned items, unload dishwashers, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas and equipment.
• Move supplies from storage to work areas using hand trucks.
• Monitor detergent levels and report inventory or mechanical issues.
• Ensure sanitation of floors, drains, freezers, and coolers.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
