Job summary

Lehigh Country Club is seeking reliable individuals to support our kitchen and dining operations by keeping a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, operating the dishwasher, and maintaining overall cleanliness.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time and/or full-time opportunities are available; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Competitive pay and employee meals are offered.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and sanitize all items.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash and recycling as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization.
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
