Job summary

The Loxahatchee Club is seeking a kitchen support associate for full-time shifts in Jupiter, FL. You will assist the Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef to maintain a clean, sanitized environment across multiple venues, events, and functions. An organized, team-oriented approach is essential to success.

Responsibilities include restocking, equipment transport, plus assisting with food prep and safe handling practices in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred but training available.
• Must be organized and an efficient team player.

Responsibilities

• Restocks dish station and storage according to needs.
• May clean dining room tables.
• May locate and bring special equipment to kitchen as requested.
• Promote safe and environmentally friendly work habits.
• Prepare food in line as requested by the kitchen team.
• Check for hazards on the floor and remove them.
• Follow safety procedures when using equipment.
• Know proper temperature for washing, rinsing, and soaking of items.
• Perform side duties including cleaning and organizing storerooms and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance to standards for care and cleaning of china, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist in other areas as directed by Management.
