Atrium Hospitality's Albuquerque Embassy Suites located at 1000 Woodward Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102, is hiring a part-time Kitchen Steward. You will clean and sanitize equipment, wash dishes, manage trash, and support kitchen and event teams. No experience?

We’ll train the right candidate. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
