Job Description:

1. Responsibilities include running and maintaining the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen.
2. Accountable for cleaning and maintaining all concession stands to meet or exceed local health standards.
3. Follow a thorough deep cleaning schedule of the kitchen, concession stands, and all other F&B areas as specified by the leader.
4. Assist in preparing, staging, and executing concession and banquet events, including setting up portable bars and concession stands.
5. Assist the culinary team in prepping and plating banquet events.
6. Clean and maintain F&B’s warehouse, including dry and cold storage.
7. Support offsite banquet and concession events by driving the company truck with designated products.
8. Support safety and accident prevention plans as stated by the company and leader.
9. Store equipment in designated areas.
10. Perform minor maintenance on equipment used for events.
11. Present oneself as a credit to the company and encourage others to do the same.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to be trained with heavy chemicals and operate floor and kitchen machines.
2. Willingness to be trained in safety aspects of the position.
3. Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
4. Ability to operate equipment effectively, safely, and properly.
5. Uphold high integrity standards and recognize regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold company standards.
7. Adhere to departmental and company policies, complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
8. Ability to climb ladders and stand for long periods.
9. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., and pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, and stacking. Able to run on level surfaces and stairs.

Work Environment:

1. Work in areas with dust, secondhand smoke, noise, temperature variations, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
2. Work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
