Job Description

The responsibilities include:

1. Managing and maintaining the dish machine and glass washer in the kitchen.
2. Cleaning and maintaining concession stands to meet health standards.
3. Following a deep cleaning schedule for the kitchen and related areas.
4. Assisting in the preparation and setup of concession and banquet events, including portable bars and stands.
5. Supporting the culinary team with prepping and plating for banquets.
6. Maintaining the F&B warehouse, including dry and cold storage.
7. Driving the company truck for offsite events when needed.
8. Supporting safety and accident prevention plans.
9. Storing equipment properly and performing minor equipment maintenance.
10. Representing the company professionally and encouraging others to do the same.
11. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates should be able to handle heavy chemicals, operate kitchen equipment safely, work independently, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to policies, and working in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment

Work involves areas with dust, smoke, noise, varying temperatures, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Flexibility with scheduling is essential.
