Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen.
2. Ensure all concession stands are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed local Health Department standards.
3. Follow a comprehensive deep cleaning schedule for the kitchen, concession stands, and other F&B areas as directed by the functional leader.
4. Assist in preparing, staging, and executing concession and banquet events, including setting up portable bars and stands.
5. Support the culinary team in prepping and plating banquet events.
6. Maintain cleanliness of F&B warehouse, including dry and cold storage areas.
7. Assist with offsite banquet and concession events by driving the company truck with designated products.
8. Support safety and accident prevention initiatives as outlined by the company and leadership.
9. Store equipment in designated areas.
10. Perform minor maintenance on event setup and breakdown equipment.
11. Represent the company professionally and encourage others to do the same.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
