Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service in Missoula, MT is seeking a Kitchen Utilities team member to keep a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area while supporting the culinary team. You will wash utensils and dishes, stock supplies, and help with basic food prep, always upholding safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves assisting with unloading deliveries, managing trash, and maintaining a positive attitude with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience with operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Familiarity with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room.
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Assist in basic food preparation as directed by Head/Sous Chef.
• Assist in unloading and putting away deliveries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
