Grove Bay Concessions in Narragansett, RI is seeking a dependable dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized kitchen and support the dining operation. You will wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and assist with basic food prep to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fast-paced kitchen experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an automatic dishwasher or by hand.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and countertops.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, remove trash and recycling, and ensure that all areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling food items.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including wearing gloves, hairnets, and aprons as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
