This position involves general kitchen cleaning duties: cleaning and mopping floors, trash removal, restocking supplies/food, transporting clean service ware, and allocating items for events or restaurants.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain kitchens and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and operational condition.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silverware.
• Report faulty equipment immediately.
• Restock and replenish buffet areas and kitchen supplies.
• Break down boxes and handle food and beverage supplies.
• Maintain buffet with necessary foods.
• Follow all health and safety standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
