This position involves general kitchen cleaning duties, including cleaning and mopping floors, trash removal, and restocking supplies/food in assigned areas. It also includes transporting clean service ware and distributing it according to event or restaurant needs.

Essential Functions

• Maintain kitchens and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and operational condition
• Operate dishwashing equipment ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silverware
• Empty trash and implement safety policies and procedures
• Report faulty equipment to management
• Re-stock and replenish buffet areas
• Stock kitchen and restaurant supplies
• Break down boxes and handle food and beverage supplies
• Maintain buffet with necessary foods
• Comply with health and safety standards
• Attend scheduled meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned
