Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely. You will wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, assist with basic food prep, and support team members during busy shifts to ensure timely service.

The role requires English literacy and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with on-site work at our Napa facility. Experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates who show reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Dishwasher.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Responsibilities

• Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
