Job summary

Commodore Perry Estate Auberge Collection in Austin is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to maintain a spotless, organized kitchen that supports our culinary team and guests. English literacy and availability on weekends/holidays are required; prior dishwashing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a dishwasher.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots and pans using manual or mechanical methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as peeling and cutting vegetables.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
